Nick “Woody” Woodall

Founding director

Nick holds a Diploma in Fitness and is a Cert IV Personal Trainer, Advanced Bootcamp Instructor, boxing Punchfit Instructor and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He knows what it takes to become a professional athlete after playing first grade in rugby league and AFL.

Nick has worked with the Sydney Swans AFL team as as part of their conditioning preparation. He has also worked with the Australian women’s hockey team implementing boxing as part of their conditioning and rehab recovery for athletes carrying injuries.

Nick has trained with members of the elite NSW Police Tactical Operations Unit and has worked & trained with Commando Steve from the Biggest Loser.

Sascha Meyer


It’s not about how much you sweat it’s about how well you move and how often. Sascha is experienced with Martial Arts, Movement, Gymnastic, Interval Training, mindset and mental health.

Sascha is constantly looking for new ways to teach and to train clients, also attending workshops and studying with world-class coaches such as Ido Portal and Gymnastic bodies.

Sascha’s fitness journey began 27 years ago with Taekwondo. He has collected a number of awards and numerous trophies both national and international. Sascha also teaches Taekwondo at a number of schools around Sydney. With Sascha’s experience in Fitness Sascha will not just ensure that you reach your goals he also will make you a better mover and be able to squat so you still can pick up your own groceries in your 80s.

Katie Cesaro

Having worked as a dance instructor and choreographer for the past 20 years, Katie Cesaro has an extensive background in movement.  An accomplished and respected member of the performing arts community, Katie has trained professional dancers in Sydney, New York and London’s West End. She was a resident choreographer on Network Ten’s “So You Think You Can Dance” and lead choreographer for the internationally acclaimed “Hong Kong Pulse” 3D Light Festival.


Katie’s interest in the positive effects of disciplined movement introduced her to the world of Pilates. It was here she started building a strong foundation in movement rehabilitation, breath work and mind body connection.


Katie is a Diploma certified Pilates Instructor working with with a wide range clients of all ages and abilities. Her classes are designed to increase body awareness, improve core strength, and build confidence in mobility.
