Nick “Woody” Woodall
Nick holds a Cert III and Cert IV Personal Trainers qualification, Advanced Bootcamp Instructor, and is a qualified boxing Punchfit Instructor. He knows what it takes to become a professional athlete after playing Rugby League and AFL at an elite level.
Nick has worked with the Sydney Swans AFL team as as part of their conditioning preparation. He has also worked with the Australian women’s hockey team implementing boxing as part of their conditioning and rehab recovery for athletes carrying injuries.
Nick has trained with members of the NSW Police Tactical Operations Unit and has worked & trained with Commando Steve from the Biggest Loser.

It’s not about how much you sweat it’s about how well you move and how often. Sascha is experienced with Martial Arts, Movement, Gymnastic, Interval Training, mindset and mental health.
Sascha is constantly looking for new ways to teach and to train clients, also attending workshops and studying with world-class coaches such as Ido Portal and Gymnastic bodies.
Sascha’s fitness journey began 27 years ago with Taekwondo. He has collected a number of awards and numerous trophies both national and international. Sascha also teaches Taekwondo at a number of schools around Sydney. With Sascha’s experience in Fitness Sascha will not just ensure that you reach your goals he also will make you a better mover and be able to squat so you still can pick up your own groceries in your 80s.
Geetika joins the team at My Outdoor Fitness leading our Pilates classes. With an extensive background in fitness since her early twenties, Geetika first studied fitness at ACE and AFAA (New York) and taught across the United States before heading to India to train at Reebok Fitness.
While in India, Geetika taught Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Spin Cycling and kickboxing before moving to Sydney where she started studying the Pilates Method.
With pilates greatly improving her balance and strength, Geetika firmly believes that building a strong foundation and learning how to stabilise from the inside out are principles that can be applied not only in Pilates but also in life.
