What should I bring when attending a group or personal training session?

Are youR group fitness classes tailored to specific fitness levels?

Our sessions cater for clients of all fitness levels. If you’ve had injuries or difficulties in the past with exercise, talk to one of our trainers to ensure your workout is tailored to your needs and fitness levels. Our goal is to help you build both strength and fitness progressively and at the pace which best suits your individual needs.

Do I need to book in advance for a class?

With our sessions running outdoors, we have the flexibility to scale up to meet demand.   Our clients enjoy this flexibility especially when plans change at short notice, they can squeeze in an extra session when best suits their busy schedules.

What if I miss a class?

Sessions can be made up at any time during the week. We offer over 10 classes in Glebe per week.

Do classes run during wet weather days?

Our classes run rain, hail or shine. For days when the weather is not the best, our group Whatsapp updates will let you know the best meeting point to allow you to continue to enjoy your morning or evening workout.

What is your COVID-19 safety plan?

My Outdoor Fitness takes pride in ensuring its equipment is cleaned and hygienically treated after each training session.  Hand sanitiser is provided for each class and clients are asked to bring their own mat for stretching and ground exercises.

Our team have completed the Dept. Health and Aspen Medical COVID-19 Infection Control Training Course.

is my outdoor fitness accredited to work with children?

Our team have completed the NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) required for anyone who works with or volunteers in child related work.
