I’ve been training with Nick for over 7 years. Why? Because we are more than a group, we are a team and a community who push and support each other. We get results and have a laugh along the way!


Mornings that start in the park with My Outdoor Fitness always result in a better day. The training is varied and the group is really fun, inclusive and supportive. I have been attending the group for 3 years now and feel happier and healthier as a result – thanks to Nick and the team.


The flexibility of sessions means you can train early or later in the day and ensures I don’t miss a workout no matter how busy my days are


It’s simple, everyone of any fitness capability is welcomed and made to feel right at home


Group sessions are always something new, the routines are varied and can be challenging at times, but Nick ensures all of his clients feel comfortable and are able to participate


Since joining My Outdoor Fitness 3 years ago, I am stronger and fitter than I was in my 20’s. Nick and Sascha have created a wonderful community and I genuinely thrive from my daily interactions with the team
